This week, we talk about the UAW stand up strike, which lead to some reflections on autonomy. During previous UC strike cycles, we’ve seen struggles from within, particularly concerning the question of autonomous action outside of the strictures of union bureaucracy-approved strike activity. We offer some thoughts on the strategic uses of autonomy and get deep into some of the theory behind it.
